About Savior Model Schools, Makurdi

Saviour Model Nursery and Primary School Akpehe, Logo II Makurdi was established on the 14th September, 2009 with a total of 88 pupils. It was established among others with the basic aims of alleviating the sufferings of both the far and near dwellers of Akpehe settlement in terms of acquiring quality education which will be less expensive, and an educational training that is aimed at bringing up children in the right societal values and the fear of God among others.
To the physical eyes of a common man, the establishment of Saviour Model Nursery and Primary School seemed strange and difficult as it was or is surrounded by famous school. Also, there were no facilities and structures to write home about. Couple with the staff strength which was infinitesimal (few) it seemed a mirage. To God be the glory, the school has witnessed a great deal of transformation within a short time. From six classes of 88 pupils, here we are approximating a total number of six hundred pupils with twenty eight (28) classes. From four teachers to a staff strength of sixty three (63), who are paid as at when due. From cubicles to block structures, and many more. With this, we can say, Saviour Model Nursery and Primary School is moving from grass to grace.
